Kristin Sewnig, MSN, FNP-BC, is an experienced Nurse Practitioner who is dedicated to providing patient-centered quality care. She is a board-certified practitioner with over 25 years of clinical knowledge specializing in women’s health and men’s health.
Kristin obtained her bachelor’s degree in science and nursing from Saint Xavier University in Chicago. She then went on to become an Advanced Practice Nurse at the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She is an active member of the American Association for Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M).
As a Hormone Specialist, Kristin has received extensive training from some of the most innovative providers in the field. She utilizes evidence-based science along with cutting-edge medicine to provide individualized care to help with hormone optimization, sexual dysfunction, mood and cognitive function, menopause, and weight management.
At Regenerative & Sports Medicine, Kristin focuses on improving the quality of life for her patients. She believes in the importance of preventative care, health maintenance, and hormonal balance to help patients reach their goals. She understands that "normal" is not equivalent to optimal and strives to provide the best care for her patients and their healthspan.
