Medication Mixing Instructions

Sermorelin Acetate – This product comes in 15mg bottle.

Sermorelin Acetate – This product comes in 15mg bottle.

Take the included Bacteriostatic water and 10ML drawing syringe, and draw 7.5ML of Bacteriostatic water and transfer this into the bottle containing the Sermorelin.

Be sure to let the water run slowly down the side of the Sermorelin bottle, and

DO NOT SHAKE THIS PRODUCT

Using your insulin syringe with a 30 or 31 gauge needle, draw 25 units (0.25ML) or 50 units (0.5ML), depending on your dosing instructions, and inject subcutaneously at an approximately 45 degree angle in the fatty tissue of your abdomen around your umbilicus (“belly-button”).

(Refrigerate after mixing)

HCG – This product comes in a 11,000IU bottle.

Take the included Bacteriostatic water and 10ML drawing syringe, and draw 11ML of Bacteriostatic water and transfer this into the bottle containing the HCG.

The syringe only holds 10ML so you will have to draw 2 amounts (10ML + 1ML) equal to 11ML total.

Be sure to let the water run slowly down the side of the HCG bottle, and

DO NOT SHAKE THIS PRODUCT

Using your insulin syringe with a 30 or 31 gauge needle, depending on your dosing instructions, draw the prescribed number of units (1 unit = 10IU, so for 250IU draw 25 units, etc.) and inject subcutaneously at an approximately 45 degree angle in the fatty tissue of your abdomen around your umbilicus (“belly-button”).

(Refrigerate after mixing)

Testosterone – No mixing is necessary.

Using your 3ML syringe with a 23 gauge needle, (if a separate needle is used to draw than to inject, this drawing needle is typically 18 or 20 gauge) draw 1ML or fraction thereof, depending on your dosing instructions, and, using a 23 gauge needle, (this 23 gauge needle must be exchanged for the 18 or 20 gauge needle for those using a separate drawing needle), inject intramuscularly at a 90 degree angle into the muscle of your shoulder or buttocks.

DO NOT REFRIGERATE THIS PRODUCT

Vitamin B-12 (Methylcobalamin or Cyanocobalamin) – No mixing is necessary.

Using your insulin syringe with a 30 or 31 gauge needle, draw 100 units (1ML), and inject subcutaneously at an approximately 45 degree angle in the fatty tissue of your abdomen around your umbilicus (“belly-button”).
